Hunted:

We hunted this product in March 2024.

After whole market research and finalizing package, we started sourcing in the start of April 2024.

 Order:

We ordered 600 units of 2 variations of black and white corner shower caddy for production.

Inspection:

After production we started the inspection on May 18, 2024.

 Shipment:

We shipped inventory on May 25, 2023. We ship this product via fast shipment Matson in estimated 30 days

 Photography and other Stuffs:

During shipment we completed photography and we paid $600 for Photography and done other stuffs like sales copy listing creation were done during shipment.

 Live on Amazon:

Our product was live on Amazon on July 11, 2024.

 Giveaways:

We done 47 giveaways of Shower caddy corner in the End of July. As the giveaways done we were ranked on main keyword.

 PPC Strategy:

At start we ran 6 exact campaigns and 2 broad campaigns. After a week of giveaways our ranking was improved and our sales velocity increased too much and we ran the ASIN and Auto campaigns. And after 1 Month we ran all campaigns of exact and broad

We ordered 300 units of this variation.

White CSC:

We ordered 300 units of this variation.

Sales in First 15 Days:

 

• We got 281 units sales in 15 days of launch in July and August.

• We got 154 orders from PPC in lifetime duration.
• Overall ACOS is also stable.
• Overall TACOS is 13.22% which is too good.
